I worked with Marcos on two projects - car rental search and booking process optimization. Marcos is really experienced and he provided good ideas of how to solve customer problems. He is also patient and has a calm attitude. Marcos always puts end-users and customers first. He designed a really smooth user experience for Oscar's search and booking journeys. I definitely recommend Marcos and would be happy to work with him again.

Marcos is exceptional designer and fast learner. His designs were always delivered fast and in great quality. He delivered a very complex feature using a mix of design and vibe coding in a short amount of time and the feature received very positive feedback from our users. He is the designer you need in the AI era, someone who not only has a strong foundation in design, but also knows how to leverage AI, adapt quickly to new technologies, and evolve with the industry.

Working with Marcos at Thr33fold was an excellent experience. He is incredibly creative and talented, especially when it comes to video production and campaign design. His ability to turn ideas into impactful visuals made a big difference in several of our projects. I highly recommend him.

I had the pleasure of hiring Marcos and seeing him grow personally and professionally. A big part of what I like about him is his sensitivity to the people he works with, the people he drafts experiences for, and his overall attitude, which translates into his work - curiosity, and eagerness to design delightful experiences while understanding the why behind them. He would be a great addition to any team, especially if you need a designer with a strong graphic background.

Marcos is a creative, proactive, curious, and supportive person who strives for excellence in whatever he's up to. He's always seeking to learn and trying to find the best solution for the given situation. He is certainly a great addition to any team.
